The quick and easy answer is — we’re real. We don’t pull any punches, we don’t bait you into services you don’t need, and we don’t need trickery or sly sales tactics.
Simplicity. Sustainability. Social Responsibilty. This is not a tag line, it’s a business philosophy that CMCM lives every day. We feel too many small businesses are so consumed with finding the money…finding the most money with the least amount of time, cost, and effort. Hey, finding the money is great, we should all get fulfillment from what we do and earn enough success to meet our needs and enjoy life. However, nearly gone in small business is the notion of community, fairness, and social justice. These are trying times. That isn’t just a sound bite, it’s a reality. I believe it serves no one to think only about the one. In many ways, getting through difficult times could very well take a village.
With CMCM you are dealing with a person. You will never get a call center or automated system when calling us. We have only a small handful of people who help with Sales and Service. If you have dealt with one person here, you will always be able to reach them. You can also always feel free to contact me, Megan Donovan. I own CMCM, I run it, I am the one doing approximately 80% of the work that comes into CMCM. My clients can always reach me. They know it is entirely possible to catch me in the car or at the farmer’s market when they call and I will merely tell them to give me a moment while I get to somewhere I’m able to open my mobile device and review what they need. The philosophy behind CMCM is more like the old general store or mercantile of today’s graphic design and web development.
The truth is, I think you will find us dramatically different.
